What happens if some issues come up with my bag?

We stand behind the quality of our work, and strive for excellent customer service. With that in mind, we always want to make sure our customers are happy and receive a well made and durable product. If an issue arises with the item that is a result of the manufacturing process we are happy to repair or replace the item. However, we do require photo documentation of the problem to evaluate whether it is a result of the manufacturing process and not user error before committing to repairs or replacements. In the event there is user error, we may be able to offer a repair at the expense of the buyer, depending on what the issue is.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately we don't take responsibility for mail theft. With our proof of shipping your package, there will be no refund for lost or stolen packages.

What is your return & exchange policy?

I gladly accept cancellations. You can request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.

I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
